 Elite Goal Group:
What is the Elite Goal Group?
A group of six to ten like-minded individuals working
together to help each achieve!
People from any walk of life who are comfortable sharing
their goals with others and also willing to
contribute to the betterment of the group.
Why Join?
If you are a goal-oriented person you already understand the
power of having goals.
The group concept takes this to a new level.
The synergy created when coming together with other goal
setters helps you to stretch beyond what you
will do on your own.
The group provides you with a resource that you can share
with and receive valuable feedback and support
from.
If you run into challenges you will be encouraged by other
members of the group.
As you progress throughout the year you will be excited to
meet with the group and provide updates.
You will benefit from the accountability created by the group
dynamics.
To expand your mind and learn new ways to advance personally
and professionally.
Who Qualifies?
For your comfort this is the recommended guideline for
qualification:
Business owners.
Sale representatives, agents etc.
Individuals working towards business or entrepreneurial
goals.
The intention is not to shut out or offend people by
suggesting this criteria but to ensure that you
feel you are able to participate and contribute
to the other members of the group without
feeling intimidated.
Those who
recognize a need for personal change and or
accountability that they know is necessary for
personal and or professional development.
Individuals who
are or plan to become very committed to their
goals in order to strive for new life
accomplishments.
Frequency of Meetings
Recognizing that you are already a busy person the intention
is not to frustrate you by adding more meetings
to your schedule.
The group will meet a total of seven times.
Once on Saturday December 8, 2007 for a four hour Goal
Setting Workshop.

Six times in 2008, for three to four hours each time.
Four of the 2008 sessions will be held on Saturday mornings
and the other two on a weekday evening.
No meetings will be scheduled in July or August.
Meeting Location
Location to be determined and confirmed once minimum number
of registrations is received.
The Fee
The fee for the program is $497.00 which is a tax deductible
business expense. ($197.00 for the half-day
training workshop and $50.00 per goal group
session)
This fee will cover the following:
Facilitator and administration expenses.
Possible rental fee for space.
Workbook and materials.
Refreshments and snacks.
Facilitator’s Role
Administrative details including creation of the group,
invoicing, reserving a meeting location, sending
confirmation letters to participants.
Advance preparation of materials and workbooks.
Meeting preparation and agenda.
Communication updates to group members.
Facilitation of meeting, flow of participation, time
management.
Recording of meeting minutes and distribution afterwards.
Cambridge Start Date
The first meeting is scheduled for the morning of Saturday
January 5, 2008
Deadline Date: In order to begin on this date we need to receive a minimum
of six registrations by November 9, 2007.

 Registration Information
Registration is available on a first come, first served
basis.
Registered parties have first right of refusal on subsequent
registrations to avoid competitive issues or
confidentiality conflicts.
