considered and we constantly update
our materials to ensure that we are
providing the participants with the
highest quality of current
information and ideas. The one
factor that we have no control over
is the participant that you register
for the training. If however
you will hold them accountable to
the training we are prepared to
stand by our programs and guarantee
positive results. We have the
following expectation of our
clients:
You provide your employee (the participant) with a very clear
written explanation of what is
expected of them in their sales role
in terms of sales activities, goals
and objectives and that this
information is tracked and recorded.
You will invest a very critical ten minutes by having the
participant complete the Skills Test
in writing and then review the
answers with them one-on-one after
each session.
That the participant is held accountable to follow through
and apply the information covered in
each training module and then
complete in writing and submit the
Accountability Assignment to you.
In addition their manager or
supervisor will review the
assignment one-on-one to make
certain that it was completed in a
satisfactory manner.
You will communicate any concerns, questions or comments to
our office in a timely manner so
that they can be addressed
immediately.

documentation being provided to our
office for each individual
participant, we are prepared to
