Customized On-Site Training: Using the programs designed for our public workshops as a foundation, we are able transform the materials to address the specific needs of your sales or customer service environment. Partnering with you and your Management Team we can reshape one of our existing Elite Training Systems modules or we can create a new session that will achieve the desired results. For your convenience, we remain flexible to deliver individual short term training sessions. In those instances where a broader base of skill set development is desired we are able to structure a program that meets the long-term needs of your organization. Corporate Training System Development: Is your organization too big to be small and still too small to be big? If your sales force is growing in numbers and/or geographically diversifying, you may recognize the eventual need to have in-house training resources available. Many of our corporate clients that commit to long-term training programs have chosen the option of attaining the rights to use a customized version of Elite Training Systems materials on a permanent basis. After the delivery of each training module to your sales team, sales management group, or both, your organization will receive a copy of the program on CD ROM. One-on-One Coaching: Offered on a limited basis to both corporate clients and individuals, our coaching services vary based on the needs of the client. We provide in-field coaching support to observe sales representatives in action and reinforce the theory they have learned during training.  Working with self-employed business owners, sales representatives real estate or manufacturer's agents, we provide coaching services and accountability systems to assist them in their professional development and achievement of their goals.  more>>

Camps: Coming in the future, Elite Training Systems will host various Sales and Getting Beyond Average programs in a camp setting for both individual and team development.
