I have taken a lot of training in the past
and I have found the Elite Training Courses
to be the most enjoyable.
This was much better than the Dale Carnegie
course I took a few years ago.
Having assignments helped me look at sales
in a different perspective; one that will
help me be even more disciplined.
Marshall is very sociable and has a great sense of humor. He keeps the four
hours of training flowing nicely.
Uncovering and Creating Business Opportunities helped me to understand that I need to prospect a lot more and tying in
the Practical Goal Setting lessons

Marshall is a very positive upbeat and motivating speaker. Everything said had a purpose and tied back to the objectives for the workshop. The presentation style is thoughtful and informative. These sessions have been a great investment
of my time. A lot of the discussions were
not new to me but were reestablished and
reinforced. I will definitely be applying a
lot of what was said and I will be making a
determined effort to implement everything
into my work.
The assignments were all positive
exercises. They made me think more about
the session and put the theories to an
actual plan.
I've found Marshall to be very likeable and
well spoken. The sessions are informative
with good ideas that are well presented.
Rapport and Relationship Building was a review for me as well as a necessary refresher.
During Uncovering and Creating Business
Opportunities I learned the value of

The day went by extremely fast. Marshall was enthusiastic and very informative. I could definitely tell Sales is his passion. Very interesting, informative and well
presented, a real "eye opener" for me!
Attending courses provided by Elite Training
Systems has changed the way I think about
sales in general.
The assignments with each course have had a
positive impact. If we become complacent,
we become obsolete; each assignment got me
thinking more.
There is nothing that I dislike about
Marshall. I find him to be a good speaker
and he is able to express and get the
objectives of the material across and
understood.
During Uncovering and Creating Business
Opportunities I learned the importance
of prospecting and the relationship it has
to growth.
Psychology of Selling
taught me that a positive attitude leads
toward success. But, the real eye opener

These training sessions have definitely been
worth my time. They have opened my eyes to
approaches that I haven't thought about
before.
Assignments like making goals and how to
reach those goals have positively impacted
me.
I like the fact that Marshall uses his own
personal experience to get many of his
points across.
Rapport and Relationship Building taught me that it is important to get people to like you and how to

The workshop helped to create a more positive outlook to
"cold calling". Marshall was very personable and made the day enjoyable. The focus on how to overcome objections and the general information regarding customer base (bank account) was great! Marshall articulated all concepts in a very easy-to-understand way. He made my position seem easier than I thought it would be and made me more motivated. I would recommend this course for anybody in a telesales or salesperson position. The smaller group setting was great and we were able to personalize the information to suit our company.

It's good to hear new ideas and sometimes
confirmation of what you are already doing.
There can never be enough new information.
The assignments have been a positive
influence that reinforces the lesson.
The sessions are always very positive,

I have taken training courses in the past and none have been more effective or instructed to me better than Elite Sales Skills Training by Marshall Northcott. I had a lot of fun during the twelve weeks and I'm going to miss it! I honestly feel that all modules are particularly well done. I am certainly a better salesperson and I have already experienced the rewards of being in sales because of the knowledge passed on to me. I know nothing is perfect but I can't find anything in this workshop that needs improvement. Marshall you have this thing nailed! Thank you for everything that you have instilled into me throughout your course.

My definition of a first-rate speaker is one who is easy to listen to, witty and very wise. You had an insightful, yet to the point theme that absolutely made it so relatable for everyone to follow on every topic you touched upon. The 12 Week program covers all the essentials of professional selling. In each lesson, Marshall provides examples to the participants that they can relate to on a personal level so that they are able to use the techniques in their respective fields.
