Testimonials:

This specific Role-Playing session makes you dig deep and take a very intense look inside yourself and forces you to let go of your ego.  The workshop reinforced the need to be prepared and do all your homework!  You must know all your client's needs, wants and desires.  In addition, you must be ready for any change that can be thrown at you by your client.  Marshall is an excellent facilitator who has a great grasp of sales content.  The feedback given is excellent to help you grow as a sales rep!

Jill Edwards, Senior Account Executive, Execulink Telecom

Marshall's observation skills were instrumental in allowing a true assessment of my presentation flaws.  Because of this session, I will be more aware of my speech and focus on asking effective questions.

Angelo Florendo, Product Specialist, Phoenix AirMid Biomedical

Today was awesome.  I took a lot with me and it's going to aid big time.  I learned the most from watching the formal presentations.  Marshall is fantastic - a great mentor.

Sue Schulzek, Corporate Sales, Execulink Telecom

Very helpful.  I am no longer afraid of presenting a proposal.  It was great getting immediate feedback from Marshall and the group.

Jennifer Robins, Business Solutions, Execulink Telecom

Great session with great feedback.  It was interesting to see the way presenters reacted to the prospects in terms of nervousness and anxiety.  I was impressed with the feedback and coaching tips at the end of each presentation.

Bob Balatka, Wholesales Sales Representative, Execulink Telecom

I enjoyed the opportunity to be able to hear the negative and positive of what my presentation skills were or weren't.  I liked the fact it was an intimate setting and less nerve racking for people.  I found the feedback well thought out and informative.  There will be a lot of areas where I will be insuring that I take the time to work on.  I found the opportunity to work with Marshall fun and very non-intimidating.  I find his approach to be very sincere, honest and educational.  I would do this seminar again to help improve my presentation skills even more.

Cheryl McCallum, Manager, Office Executive Recruitment, Armor Personnel

I was very pleased with Marshall's critique.  It was very positive and excellent feedback that I will implement immediately.  Marshall is an excellent presenter and he wants you to be successful.  I would recommend for anyone who wants to earn six figures and wants to be well known in their industry to take this course.  The role playing presentation was the most informative and positive experience.  Initially I was very nervous about being critiqued but with Marshall's positive approach (sandwich approach) this experience has been the most rewarding.  I have taken numerous sales courses but nothing comes close to Marshall's.

Donna Gagich, Regional Sales Manager, Provincial Environmental

This role-playing workshop really taught me a lot about myself.  I really want to apply it to my presentations.  I learned not to be nervous, to have a casual but informative presentation.  It was great, really forcing me to become better.  Marshall's feedback was great in this course.

Grant Wedzinga, Sales Representative, Rockett Lumber

The experience was invaluable as our peers rated out presentation and provided us with constructive feedback.  As always, very informative and enjoyable.
